چکیده

Virtual stain transfer is a promising area of research in Computational Pathology, which has great potential to alleviate important limitations when applying deep-learning-based solutions such as lack annotations and sensitivity domain shift. However, the literature, majority virtual staining approaches are trained for specific or combination, their extension unseen stainings requires acquisition additional data training. In this paper, we propose HistoStarGAN, unified framework that performs between multiple stainings, normalisation invariant segmentation, all one inference model. We demonstrate generalisation abilities proposed solution perform diverse accurate segmentation over numerous first demonstration field. Moreover, pre-trained HistoStarGAN model can serve synthetic generator, paves way use fully annotated image improve training deep learning-based algorithms. To illustrate capabilities our approach, well risks microscopy domain, inspired by applications natural images, generated KidneyArtPathology, artificial dataset renal pathology.

Stain-free histopathology by programmable supercontinuum pulses

The preparation, staining, visualization, and interpretation of histological images of tissue is well-accepted as the gold standard process for the diagnosis of disease. These methods were developed historically, and are used ubiquitously in pathology, despite being highly time and labor intensive. Here we introduce a unique optical imaging platform and methodology for label-free multimodal mul...

A Non-Linear Mapping Approach to Stain Normalisation in Digital Histopathology Images using Image-Specific Colour Deconvolution

Histopathology diagnosis is based on visual examination of the morphology of histological sections under a microscope. With the increasing popularity of digital slide scanners, decision support systems based on the analysis of digital pathology images are in high demand. However, computerised decision support systems are fraught with problems that stem from colour variations in tissue appearanc...

Histopathology Study Of A Cutaneous Leiemyosarcoma With Different Stain

Leiomyosarcomas are the most frequent malignant tumors of smooth muscles in dog. They are characterized as invasive nodules with mesodermal origin. Our study was carried out during the period January 2015-September 2015. The aim of this study was to use of different stain techniques to characterize histological features of the leiomyosarcoma and to differentiate it with similar tumors like as S...

Silicone Softeners for Stain Repellent and Stain Release Fabric Finishing

During the last few years the use of fluorochemicals to provide stain repellency and/or stain release properties to apparel goods has rapidly grown. The use of fluorochemicals as well as durable press resins, however, has a detrimental effect on the fabric softness. Providing premium softness is key to satisfy the highly demanding aesthetic requirements of many of today’s apparel products. Alth...
